Shrimp Dip
This Shrimp Dip recipe has been served at family weddings and super bowl parties alike. It is really best the second day so make it the night before, refrigerate and reheat before serving.
2 lbs diced cream cheese (4 8oz pkgs)
1 ½ lbs chopped cooked shrimp
1 medium onion finely chopped
1 medium tomato peeled & chopped fine
4 banana peppers, chopped fine
3 torrido peppers chopped fine
1 tbsp garlic juice or garlic powder
Mix and heat in double boiler until cream cheese is melted. Serve warm with assorted crackers. Works well in a fondue pot.
