Grilled Parmesan Corn on the Cob

Grilled Parmesan Corn on the Cob takes roasted corn to the next level. Try this twist to a classic vegetable recipe at your next backyard barbecue, camping trip, or picnic.

6 ears corn on the cob, shucked, silks removed & rinsed
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
3 T butter softened but not melted

In small bowl mix cheese & butter.* Spread evenly on corn. Wrap each ear in aluminum foil & place on grill. Cover & grill 10 to 15 minutes turning occasionally. *Fresh parsley or basil can be added to the butter mixture if desired.
