Fudge Pie

I have made Fudge Pie so many times my recipe card has chocolate stains all over it. It is so quick and easy, but also delicious. Add vanilla ice cream and drizzle fudge sauce on top when you need a chocolate fix.

This is a great recipe for a last minute dessert…you always have these ingredients on hand.

1 stick butter or margarine melted
¼ cup cocoa
¼ cup flour
2 eggs lightly beaten
1 cup sugar
¼ tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix all ingredients together. (I melt the butter in a small saucepan and add the other ingredients to the pan). Pour into greased & floured pie pan. Bake 18 – 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
