Corn Souffle
Corn Souffle, also know as Corn Casserole is an easy recipe to prepare and delicious to eat. Don't be intimidated by the name, this one won't fall when you remove it from the oven. Try this vegetable recipe for your next family gathering...I bet they ask for it again!
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1 stick butter
1 can cream style corn
1 can whole kernel corn
8 oz. (1 cup) sour cream
Melt butter in casserole or soufflé dish. Add all other ingredients. Stir together. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until set. This is so easy and sooo good!
