Barbecue Chicken
This Barbecue Chicken recipe is so easy anyone can do it and it will turn out fantastic. It is juicy and delicious.
1 whole chicken
½ bottle barbecue sauce
Split chicken breast to lay flat (Cut through bone). Place in center of 2 large sheets of heavy-duty aluminum foil crossed. Cover chicken with sauce, pushing under skin. Cover with foil completely. Cook in 375 degree oven or on grill for 1 hour. It will be swimming in juices. Yum
You can omit splitting the breast and leave the chicken whole if presentation is important, although I find the juices aren't absorbed into the meat as well. I would open the foil the last 10 minutes or so and baste so that the chicken will brown if serving whole.
