Autumn Apple Bake

I was first introduced to Autumn Apple Bake at a brunch, but I have served it many times for dinner. I have been asked for this recipe every time I serve it. It is the perfect combination of tart and sweet, so that it does not overpower the meal like baked apples often do. It's is not so sweet that you feel like you already had dessert.

3 cups chopped, peeled, green apples
1 (12 oz.) pkg. fresh cranberries
2 T flour
1 cup sugar
½ tsp. Cinnamon
½ cup packed dark brown sugar
½ cup flour
¼ tsp. Cinnamon
½ cup margarine
¾ cup chopped pecans

Toss apples and cranberries with mix of next 3 ingredients. Spread in greased 9 x 13 baking dish. Mix brown sugar, ½ cup flour, and ¼ tsp. Cinnamon in bowl. Cut in margarine until crumbly. Add pecans. Spoon over apple mixture. Bake at 325 about 30 to 40 minutes or till top is golden. Serve warm.
